The Major Trauma Directory of Rehabilitation Services gives a brief overview of the rehabilition services, throughout the Peninsula, that are available to patients who have undergone major trauma.
Please note that, apart from the Child Bereavement organisations, these services do not accept self referrals and will always require a referral by the doctor looking after a patient.
